Yes. If you contact us within seven days of receiving your item, we will accept a return (full-order and custom-order pieces, and items over 400,000 yen each or exceeding 400,000 yen in total returns, are excluded). Depending on the condition check after return, we may deduct a cleaning fee from your refund, and engraved items may not be accepted. For defective or misdelivered items, we cover the cost.
It varies by the work and the season, but the usual guideline is about two to three weeks.
Yes, we also offer paid repair and cleaning. We will examine the condition and provide an estimate.
