通常のジュエリーオーダーでは、
十分に仕様を相談出来ず、完成まで不安な期間が
続くケースも多々ございます。

ANNA DIAMONDでは、
お客様の素敵な機会に精一杯寄り添わせて頂くために、
仕様を設計する各段階において、
お客様のご希望を丁寧にヒアリング。

制作前段階の原型やCAD設計図のご確認、
サイズサンプルの無償お貸出し等を通して、
初めてのジュエリー購入のお客様であっても、
イメージ通りの一品を実現すべく最大限配慮しています。

特徴05 / デザイナー森による直接の対話

森が滞在するフランス・パリ、
もしくはオンライン(日本時間平日夜間も対応可)にて、
デザイナー森自身がご相談対応させて頂きます。

お客様の真意を汲み取り、
丁寧に一生物のジュエリーに昇華していく為、
おひとりおひとりとの対話を通じて、
完全オーダーメイドでご相談対応をさせて頂きます。

ジュエリー購入が初めてでどうしたらいいか分からない、
ブライダルシーンにふさわしいジュエリーが分からない、
ダイヤモンドや地金の選び方や特徴が分からない、
など、お気軽にご相談くださいませ。

特徴06 / 適正価格

出来る限り中間業者を挟まずに、
可能な限り自社で素材を調達し工房にて製造。

お客様へ直接お届けする仕組みを構築する事で、
伝統的なジュエリーブランドでは実現する事が出来ない
適性価格によるご案内を可能としています。

特徴07 / 制作後のサイズ直しが可能

お相手に合うサイズが分からない状態で、
制作を行わなければならないケースもあるかと思います。

ANNA DIAMONDでは、一部商品や形状等を除き、
制作後のサイズ直し(リングの場合±1号程度が目安)を
無償で承ります。

*リングの場合±1.5号を超えるような、大幅なサイズ変更を
ご希望の場合、追加費用が発生する場合がございます。

特徴08 / リフォーム対応が可能

ANNA DIAMONDでは、
お手持ちのジュエリーを活かしたリフォーム対応の
ご相談も承っております。

お手持ちのジュエリーへの思い出を
新しい形へ昇華するお手伝いをさせて頂きます。

*お手持ちジュエリーの状態や形状等次第で、
ご対応が難しい場合もございます。

Process

  • Through an in-person meeting or online call, we carefully discuss your requests, budget, timeline, and contact details.
    As the first step of your order, we will envision your ideal piece together.

  • Based on past creations and reference materials, we align the design direction with you via email or chat.
    Online meetings can also be arranged upon request.

  • Once the design direction is finalized, a flat design deposit of ¥55,000 (tax included) is required before moving to the design stage.

    Payment can be made via:

    a. ANNA DIAMOND Gallery in-person
    b. Official online store

    If you prefer option b, we will provide a private link just for you—please let us know.

  • (Approximately 2–3 weeks)

    Haruna Mori will create multiple design options for you.
    These will then be presented during an online or in-person consultation in Paris.

  • (Approximately 4–5 weeks)

    The finalized design is transformed into a 3D CAD model, allowing us to share every detail of the piece with you.

  • (Approximately 3–4 weeks)

    If desired, a life-size silicone prototype of the CAD design can be created (¥35,000 per piece, tax included) for your review.
    This allows you to check the final design more accurately and resolve any concerns about differences from the imagined piece.

  • Based on the estimate, the final payment for the piece is collected.
    Production begins once payment is completed.

    a. ANNA DIAMOND Gallery in-person
    b. Official online store

    If you prefer option b, we will provide a private link just for you—please let us know.

  • (Approximately 6–8 weeks)

    Skilled artisans in our Kofu, Yamanashi atelier carefully craft each piece by hand.
    This is the process where your one-of-a-kind jewelry takes shape.

    Please note: production time may vary significantly depending on the specifications, such as metal, stones, and design.

  • Your jewelry, crafted with the story of you two in mind, will be presented in a book-inspired jewelry box.

    Delivery options include:
    a. Pick-up at ANNA DIAMOND Gallery (without designer present)
    b. In-person handover in Paris
    c. Shipment from our studio

    Please note that delivery timing may vary depending on the chosen method.

FAQs

A custom order starts at 150,000 yen, and a full order starts at 500,000 yen. Prices vary depending on the material and type of stone.

Semi-order jewelry usually takes about 3 months to be delivered after the design is finalized. Be spoke (fully-ordered) jewelry takes 6 months to 1 year from the first meeting.

For ethical reasons, we do not accept requests to copy the designs of other brands.
