Semi-custom production process
STEP 1 | Interview and proposal
We will visit the ANNA DIAMOND Gallery in Daikanyama to discuss your ideal jewelry.
With semi-custom orders, you can choose an existing base piece of jewelry and then select your preferred metal and diamonds.
STEP 2 | Get a quote
We will prepare a quote and once you are happy with our proposal we will ask you to make payment.
Once payment has been confirmed, we will begin production of your design.
STEP 3 | Check the loose stone
We also accept confirmation of loose diamonds. Changes can be made free of charge up to the first time.
Please note that a fee (11,000 yen including tax) will be charged for any loose stone changes from the second time onwards.
STEP 4 | Carefully crafted by Japanese craftsmen
Our craftsmen carefully finish each piece according to the customer's request.
Delivery times vary depending on the design and the number of revisions required, but typically take around 12 weeks from the start of production.
STEP 5 | Your one-of-a-kind jewelry is complete

Be spoke | Fully custom-made
Designer Haruna Mori will draw up a sketch from scratch while listening to the customer's thoughts and stories. ANNA DIAMOND's fully custom-made service transforms the customer's life and sense of beauty into jewelry.
*Currently, full customization is a service available only to customers who have made a purchase from ANNA DIAMOND.
FAQs
A custom order starts at 150,000 yen, and a full order starts at 500,000 yen. Prices vary depending on the material and type of stone.
Semi-order jewelry usually takes about 3 months to be delivered after the design is finalized. Be spoke (fully-ordered) jewelry takes 6 months to 1 year from the first meeting.
Yes. You can change the loose stone once for free. After that, a fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.
For ethical reasons, we do not accept requests to copy the designs of other brands.
