Feature 02 / Crafted for you from the prototype at our Kofu, Yamanashi atelier.

Each piece is handcrafted from the prototype at our artisan atelier in Kofu, Yamanashi.

Infused with the warmth of skilled hands and precise craftsmanship, we deliver a piece made just for you.

Feature 03 / Dialogue across two hubs: Daikanyama and Paris

We offer one-on-one consultations at our Daikanyama gallery or at our Paris studio, where designer Haruna Mori is based.

Online consultations are also available.

No matter the location, the experience remains the same—a thoughtful moment to reflect on your heart through words, carefully transforming your feelings into form.

Process

  • Through an in-person meeting or online call, we carefully discuss your requests, budget, timeline, and contact details.
    As the first step of your order, we will envision your ideal piece together.

  • Based on past creations and reference materials, we align the design direction with you via email or chat.
    Online meetings can also be arranged upon request.

  • Once the design direction is finalized, a flat design deposit of ¥55,000 (tax included) is required before moving to the design stage.

    Payment can be made via:

    a. ANNA DIAMOND Gallery in-person
    b. Official online store

    If you prefer option b, we will provide a private link just for you—please let us know.

  • (Approximately 2–3 weeks)

    Haruna Mori will create multiple design options for you.
    These will then be presented during an online or in-person consultation in Paris.

  • (Approximately 4–5 weeks)

    The finalized design is transformed into a 3D CAD model, allowing us to share every detail of the piece with you.

  • (Approximately 3–4 weeks)

    If desired, a life-size silicone prototype of the CAD design can be created (¥35,000 per piece, tax included) for your review.
    This allows you to check the final design more accurately and resolve any concerns about differences from the imagined piece.

  • Based on the estimate, the final payment for the piece is collected.
    Production begins once payment is completed.

    If you prefer option b, we will provide a private link just for you—please let us know.

  • (Approximately 6–8 weeks)

    Skilled artisans in our Kofu, Yamanashi atelier carefully craft each piece by hand.
    This is the process where your one-of-a-kind jewelry takes shape.

    Please note: production time may vary significantly depending on the specifications, such as metal, stones, and design.

  • Your jewelry, crafted with the story of you two in mind, will be presented in a book-inspired jewelry box.

    Delivery options include:
    a. Pick-up at ANNA DIAMOND Gallery (without designer present)
    b. In-person handover in Paris
    c. Shipment from our studio

    Please note that delivery timing may vary depending on the chosen method.

FAQs

A custom order starts at 150,000 yen, and a full order starts at 500,000 yen. Prices vary depending on the material and type of stone.

Semi-order jewelry usually takes about 3 months to be delivered after the design is finalized. Be spoke (fully-ordered) jewelry takes 6 months to 1 year from the first meeting.

Yes. You can change the loose stone once for free. After that, a fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

For ethical reasons, we do not accept requests to copy the designs of other brands.
