STEP 2 | Get a quote
We will prepare a quote and once you are happy with our proposal we will ask you to make payment.
Once payment has been confirmed, we will begin production of your design.
STEP 4 | Carefully crafted by Japanese craftsmen
Our craftsmen carefully finish each piece according to the customer's request.
Delivery times vary depending on the design and the number of revisions required, but typically take around 12 weeks from the start of production.
STEP 1 | Interview and proposal
We will visit the ANNA DIAMOND Gallery in Daikanyama to discuss your ideal jewelry.
With semi-custom orders, you can choose an existing base piece of jewelry and then select your preferred metal and diamonds.

対面もしくはオンライン通話にて、お客様のご要望、ご予算、ご納期、ご連絡先などを丁寧に伺います。オーダーの一歩目として、理想のイメージを一緒に描いていきましょう。

過去の制作事例や参考資料などをもとに、メールやチャット等にて制作方針をすり合わせさせて頂きます。ご希望に応じて、オンライン面談の設営も承ります。

制作方針が固まり次第、デザイン工程移行前にデザイン手付金 一律55,000円(税込)をご決済頂きます。ご決済方法は、a. ANNA DIAMOND Galleryにおけるご決済／b. 公式オンラインストア上でのご決済をお選び頂けます。bをご希望の場合は、お客様専用の非公開リンクを発行致しますのでお申し付け下さい。

森にて複数のデザインを制作、ご用意させていただきます。その上で、オンライン面談／or 対面でのご面談＠パリにてご提案させていただきます。 -
（約4~5週間）
確定したデザインをCADデータで立体化し、細部までイメージを共有させて頂きます。 -
(約3~4週間）
ご希望に応じて、CADデザインを実物大のシリコン原型(35,000円(税込)/本)を制作し、同原型をご確認頂けます。最終仕上がりをより忠実にご確認頂く事が出来、イメージ相違等の不安解消が可能です。 -
お見積りを基に商品代のご決済を頂きます。同決済完了を以て、本制作を開始とさせていただきます。ご決済方法は、a. ANNA DIAMOND Galleryにおけるご決済／b. 公式オンラインストア上でのご決済をお選び頂けます。bをご希望の場合は、お客様専用の非公開リンクを発行致しますのでお申し付け下さい。

山梨県甲府市の工房にて、熟練職人が一点ずつ丁寧に手作業で制作します。世界にひとつだけのジュエリーが形になっていく過程です。※ジュエリーの仕様(地金・石の種類、デザイン等)により大幅に変動致します。

お二人の物語を想い、仕上がったジュエリーを、本を模したジュエリーボックスに包みお渡しさせていただきます。お渡し方法は、a. 直営店ANNA DIAMOND Galleryでのお渡し(森不在)／b. 対面でのお渡し＠パリ／c. 弊社より配送 をお選びいただく事が可能です。お渡し手段次第でお渡し可能時期が異なる場合がございます。
FAQs
A custom order starts at 150,000 yen, and a full order starts at 500,000 yen. Prices vary depending on the material and type of stone.
Semi-order jewelry usually takes about 3 months to be delivered after the design is finalized. Be spoke (fully-ordered) jewelry takes 6 months to 1 year from the first meeting.
Yes. You can change the loose stone once for free. After that, a fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.
For ethical reasons, we do not accept requests to copy the designs of other brands.
