About the brand and its philosophy
ANNA DIAMOND works under the concept
Materials that had slipped through the cracks of existing values, such as non-standard Akoya pearls, metal resources from urban mining, and lab-grown diamonds. We uncover the power hidden within these materials, shift our perspective, and refine them into new value. We call this act "sublimation." Into a single piece we bring not only the jewelry itself but also the particular story behind each material we focus on, along with our feelings about life and contemporary society at that moment, giving them form as jewelry to deliver to you.
At the root of all our creative work is a hope, a wish, for a more beautiful future. The "ANNA" in ANNA DIAMOND comes from the name of the younger sister of founder and designer Haruna Mori, ten years her junior. Ten years from now, when her sister reaches the age the designer is today, the brand hopes to contribute, however slightly, to a society that shines more beautifully. It was named with that hope and resolve.
For this reason, we always look ten years ahead as we search for better choices. May the pieces of ANNA DIAMOND become a light that quietly illuminates ordinary days, and remain loved across time.
At ANNA DIAMOND, we continually ask ourselves what kind of society "a more beautiful future ten years from now" truly means, and we create with genuine care for all life on earth, humanity included, and for the environment and society over the medium and long term.
1. Choosing materials with care for the earth and others
At ANNA DIAMOND, to avoid the environmental burden and humanitarian issues of mining new land, we actively adopt lab-grown diamonds and metals from urban mining. We also make use of pearls with unique colors and shapes that were long overlooked, expressing respect for individuality and diversity.
2. A highly transparent production process
Together with trusted Japanese artisans, we pursue the finest quality without compromise. Throughout the process we emphasize transparency and quality, aiming for jewelry you can choose with confidence and treasure for many years.
3. Donations toward solving the issues around each material and its environment
To contribute to the various environmental, industrial, traditional, and cultural issues behind the materials used in each collection, we donate a portion of each collection's sales to a trusted recipient chosen for that collection.
Going beyond the existing framework of craftsmanship sometimes takes great effort and time. Even so, with the hope of a more beautiful society ten years from now in our hearts, we continue, dreaming of craftsmanship that never compromises on kindness, quality, or design. Of course, we do not believe we are perfect today. Still, wishing for a little more light today than yesterday, and tomorrow than today, we keep our senses open and pursue sustainability.
ANNA DIAMOND sometimes takes bold steps. Taking on craftsmanship with shells that would normally be discarded, or actively using unique pearls that no one had noticed before. At the root of this is the outlook on life of founder and designer Haruna Mori, a wish to "leap lightly over old customs and live with freshness and cheer."
Free from prejudice and convention, we want to look at the world from a new perspective and discover beautiful sides still hidden. With that curiosity in our hearts, we are always searching for materials full of individuality. Perhaps a material still awaiting its moment in the light, a treasure, lies near you too. At ANNA DIAMOND, with some exceptions, we make our jewelry to order. However, for certain pieces held in stock, you can purchase them at the store and take them home the same day. If you have any questions about stock availability, feel free to contact us.
About materials and quality
A lab-grown diamond is a diamond created by using cutting-edge technology to artificially reproduce, in a laboratory, the process by which diamond crystals form deep in nature over long periods through repeated chemical reactions under high pressure and high temperature. It has the same carbon crystal structure as a natural diamond, and its physical and chemical properties are identical, so there is no difference in appearance or quality.
At ANNA DIAMOND, while honoring the natural formation process of natural diamonds, we use lab-grown diamonds as an alternative material with reduced environmental and humanitarian issues specific to natural diamonds. For details, please seethis pagefor more.
At ANNA DIAMOND, we carefully select the highest quality lab-grown diamonds and set them into our jewelry. The lab-grown diamonds we use are classified as "TYPE II," which, for their low levels of impurities such as nitrogen, corresponds to the top 1 to 2% of natural diamonds. They are rare diamonds with high clarity and beautiful brilliance.
We also source only the highest quality lab-grown diamonds, carefully selected through the appraisal of skilled artisans based on the international quality standard for diamonds, the "4C standard" (carat, color, clarity, cut). Pieces using diamonds of one carat or more come with a certificate from an international appraisal institute (for example, IGI or GIA).

In addition, the jewelry as a whole comes with a two-year free repair warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects from normal use such as detached parts or deformation. Urban mining is a recycling concept that treats the precious metal resources used in the industrial products that fill modern society as mineral resources lying dormant in the city, and seeks to reuse them. Japan is said to hold the world's foremost reserves of urban mining, including iron, copper, aluminum, lead, and platinum, and at ANNA DIAMOND we create jewelry using these resources.
Specifically, in some collections we refine and regenerate precious metals of urban mining origin, such as gold and silver recovered from discarded mobile phones, computers, and home appliances, and use them as material for new pieces.
At ANNA DIAMOND, we actively adopt these precious metal resources of urban mining origin and create jewelry with care for the environment and society. We believe there is a special joy in wearing jewelry made with respect for the earth and for others.
At ANNA DIAMOND, we use special pearls we call "unique pearls." Unique pearls are pearls with rich individuality in color and shape. The pearls that usually reach the market are perfectly round and pure white, but these make up only a few percent of pearl production. Most of the rest are pearls with individuality in shape and color.
Until now, these pearls full of individuality have rarely stepped into the spotlight and have remained hidden away. ANNA DIAMOND believes that true beauty resides in that "individuality." By observing each pearl carefully and sourcing them with great selectivity, we deliver jewelry that brings out the one-of-a-kind charm each pearl holds.
"People and pearls alike, each different and each beautiful." ANNA DIAMOND's jewelry is made with that message in mind.
At ANNA DIAMOND, we use platinum (Pt950) and 18-karat gold (K18) as materials that consider metal allergies. As the brand's founder and designer herself has a metal allergy, we are especially particular about choosing materials that can be worn with greater peace of mind.
However, symptoms of metal allergy vary from person to person, so for those with sensitive skin or specific allergies, we recommend consulting us in advance.
At ANNA DIAMOND, we use high-quality, durable materials in all of our jewelry.
● Main materials
・ Platinum (Pt950): It combines high purity and strength, with excellent durability. It resists discoloration and keeps its beautiful brilliance over long periods.
・ 18-karat gold (K18) and 10-karat gold (K10): Alloys with moderate hardness and beautiful color, well suited to everyday wear.
・ Lab-grown diamond: With hardness equal to natural diamond (Mohs hardness 10), it resists scratches and offers lasting brilliance.
● Quality guarantee
At ANNA DIAMOND, we provide the following quality guarantee with the jewelry you purchase:
・ Two-year free warranty: For defects from normal use, such as detached parts or deformation, we provide free repairs for two years from the date of purchase.
・ Long-term after-care: Even after the warranty period, we offer repair and maintenance support for a fee.

About the jewelry
At ANNA DIAMOND, so that you can shop with confidence, we offer a free ring gauge loan. If you feel uncertain, thinking "I do not know my size" or "I want to try one on and check my finger size," please make use of this service.

・ For orders from within Japan only, we cover the round-trip shipping.

At ANNA DIAMOND, we strive to make our product images reflect the actual pieces accurately. However, depending on the lighting at the time of photography and the environment in which you view the images, the actual color and texture may appear slightly different. In addition, each piece of jewelry is made by hand, so slight individual variations in fine shape and finish may occur.

● Gold (18K, 10K)
・ Everyday care: After wearing, wipe away sweat and oils with a soft cloth.
・ Environments to avoid: Please avoid strong acidic or chlorine-based chemicals, sharp temperature changes, and use in pools or hot springs.
● Platinum
・ Everyday care: After wearing, wipe lightly with a soft cloth to remove fingerprints and dust.
・ Environments to avoid: Please avoid strong chemicals and impacts.
● Silver 925
・ Everyday care: After wearing, wipe gently with a soft cloth so that no sweat or oils remain. When tarnish begins to appear, careful polishing with a cloth made for silver will restore the brilliance.
・ Environments to avoid: Please avoid humid or sulfur-rich environments and chemical substances such as perfume and hairspray.
● Lab-grown diamond
・ Everyday care: After wearing, wipe gently with a soft cloth to remove sweat and dust.
・ Environments to avoid: Please avoid chemicals and strong impacts.
● Akoya pearl
・ Everyday care: After wearing, gently wipe away sweat and oils with a soft cloth to keep it clean. As pearls are vulnerable to acids and strong detergents, please avoid cleaning with neutral detergents or the use of ultrasonic cleaners.
・ Environments to avoid: Please avoid high heat and humidity, direct sunlight, contact with strong chemicals, and use while bathing, in pools, or in hot springs.
ANNA DIAMOND's jewelry is carefully made by skilled artisans in Japan. From the selection of materials to the finest details of the making process, we pursue quality and beauty, working in partnership with trusted Japanese workshops.
We are sorry, but at present ANNA DIAMOND does not offer a personalized engraving service for jewelry. Our jewelry carries markings such as the type and purity of the metal material. For example, 18-karat gold jewelry is marked "K18" or "750," and platinum pieces "Pt950," which indicate the purity and quality of the material. These markings are placed on the inside or in an inconspicuous part of the jewelry.
About orders and delivery
Quick Delivery items are shipped within about two weeks, counting from the day after your order. For made-to-order items, it varies by material and design, but the guide is generally around 4 to 8 weeks. For detailed delivery estimates, please check each item's product page.
Your ordered jewelry is carefully packaged and delivered through trusted couriers, Yamato Transport within Japan and DHL for overseas. All shipments include a tracking service, so you can receive them with peace of mind.
At ANNA DIAMOND, you can specify the delivery date and time yourself after the item has shipped. With the tracking number we send by email after shipping on hand, please specify it below.
Yamato Transport (within Japan): You can change or specify the delivery date and time from Yamato Transport's official website or app.
DHL (overseas): You can change the delivery date and time and the receiving method using DHL's On Demand Delivery service.
Both within Japan and overseas, we generally deliver with free shipping. Your ordered jewelry is wrapped in ANNA DIAMOND's special jewelry box for delivery. For shipping we use trusted couriers such as Yamato Transport (within Japan) and DHL (overseas), all with tracking.
At ANNA DIAMOND, we also deliver overseas (excluding some regions). Delivery is mainly by air through DHL. If you have any questions about shipping or import, feel free to contact us at our customer support email (info@breval.jp) or via the inquiry page.

If you would like shipping earlier than the usual lead time, please let us know at the time of order via the inquiry form on our official website, our official Instagram account, or our customer support email (info@breval.jp), noting "1. your order number 2. a request for urgent handling." We will look into the fastest delivery method and make a proposal.
However, depending on each item's production process or the delivery region, there are cases where we may not be able to meet your request, so please understand this in advance.
About payment

・ Bank transfer: A method where, after your order is complete, you transfer payment to a designated bank account. Please note that shipping follows confirmation of payment.

We are sorry, but as of January 2025 we do not accept deferred payment (payment after the item arrives). Payment is by prepaid methods such as credit card, bank transfer, or electronic money at the time of order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
About returns and exchanges
As our pieces are made to order, crafted one by one with care after receiving your order, we cannot accept returns for customer reasons (including cancellation before arrival) or exchanges. However, if an item is defective or the wrong item was delivered, we will handle it in good faith, so please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at our customer support email (info@breval.jp) or via the inquiry page.
At ANNA DIAMOND, in the case of a defective item or incorrect delivery, we cover the shipping for returns and exchanges. In that case, please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the item. For details, please refer to the Promises page on our official website.

About after-care
At ANNA DIAMOND, we provide a two-year free warranty with all jewelry.
● What the warranty covers
For two years from the date of purchase, we provide free repairs for defects from normal use, such as detached parts or deformation. To receive warranty service, presentation of the warranty card included with the item is required, so please keep it safe.
● Not covered by the warranty
Damage from intentional accidents and loss of a main part of the piece are outside the scope of the two-year warranty repair.
※ Depending on the item's condition, repairs may be chargeable even within the warranty period, or repair may not be possible.

ANNA DIAMOND items come with a two-year warranty period.
Even if you lose the warranty card, we can still accept repairs. However, for repairs covered by the free warranty, presentation of the warranty card is required. Without it, the free repair does not apply and the repair may be handled for a fee.

At ANNA DIAMOND, while jewelry is our main focus, we are also pursuing creative work in fields beyond jewelry. Specifically, works made by repurposing the shells of Akoya oysters, once discarded, as a glaze for ceramics, and original works born from resonance with line-drawing artists.
These works express ANNA DIAMOND's philosophy in forms beyond jewelry. They aim to be not only a beauty to wear but also a presence that colors everyday life. We will share news of these art works and projects from time to time at the ANNA DIAMOND Gallery, our online store, and our official Instagram.
ANNA DIAMOND wishes to deliver "stories with hope" at all times, without being bound by the frame of "jewelry." For example, reusing the shells of Akoya oysters, from which the pearls have been harvested, as a glaze and giving them new life as art pieces. Or, through collaborations with line-drawing artists, pursuing expression that draws out people's emotions and stories.
