| Returns, exchanges and cancellations | Returns are accepted only for items purchased on our online store, provided you contact us within 7 days, counting the delivery date as day 1. Items purchased in person at our gallery or at events are not eligible. Personal orders and bridal jewelry cannot be returned at the customer's request (defective or incorrect items excepted). Refunds are limited to ¥400,000 (tax incl.) per item; for several items, the total refund is also limited to ¥400,000. Engraved items may not be accepted. |
