Returns & Exchanges

ANNA DIAMOND accepts returns within 7 days of delivery, provided you contact us first at info@breval.jp.

Eligible items

  • All items except full order and custom order pieces, which are made to your specification and cannot be returned.
  • Items priced ¥400,000 (tax included) or less per item. For multiple items, the total refundable amount is up to ¥400,000 (tax included).
  • Engraved items may not be eligible for return.

How to return

  1. Contact us at info@breval.jp within 7 days of delivery, with your order number.
  2. Ship the item back in its original condition, with all packaging.
  3. After inspection at our workshop, we refund the item price. A cleaning fee may be deducted where applicable.

International orders

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • Import duties and taxes are handled by us. You are not charged duties, on delivery or on return.
  • Refunds cover the item price.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@breval.jp within 7 days, with photos. Once we confirm the issue, we repair or replace it free of charge, including all shipping costs.

Warranty and care

  • Every piece includes a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Within the warranty period, once we confirm the issue from photos, repairs are free of charge, including shipping.
  • First resizing is free within 1 year of purchase. Some items are not eligible. For international orders, round trip shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • Lifetime cleaning is offered at our Tokyo gallery.
