Choosing a Solitaire Diamond Necklace

From 0.1 to 1 carat

ラボグロウンダイヤモンドの一粒ネックレス

A solitaire necklace is often the first diamond in a jewellery box, and the one worn most. Here is how to choose the carat, with our actual prices.

Three Carats: Actual Diameters

0.1ct sits quietly at the collarbone for every day. 0.3ct is visible across a table. 1ct becomes the centre of an outfit.

Round brilliant diameters, as a guide: 0.1ct about 3.0mm, 0.2ct about 3.8mm, 0.3ct about 4.3mm, 0.5ct about 5.2mm, 1ct about 6.5mm. Our 1ct oval measures roughly 7.7mm by 5.7mm.

Why These Prices

A lab-grown diamond is the same substance as natural, without the journey of mining. We select TYPE IIa stones of F colour or above, VS clarity or above, a cut grade of Good or above, crafted by artisans in Yamanashi and Tokyo.
