Two Year Warranty
For faults that arise through normal use, we offer complimentary repairs for two years after purchase. This excludes damage caused by deliberate accidents, loss of a main part of the piece, and resizing. Please note that repairs may be chargeable depending on the condition of the piece.
How to request a repair
Please contact us through the inquiry form together with the proof of purchase (warranty card) for the piece you would like repaired. To prevent damage in transit, please package the piece carefully and send it to the address below by registered mail or courier.
Depending on the condition, please note that some pieces may not be repairable.
When sending a piece, we kindly ask that you contact us in advance before shipping.

Time Required for Repairs
The repair period varies with the material, design, and condition. After we examine your piece, we will let you know the number of days required.
Care
Wearing
When doing housework, bathing, sleeping, or playing sports, we recommend removing your piece, as these can cause soiling and discoloration, as well as deformation or damage.
Storage
To reduce dullness and soiling from skin oils, wipe each piece with a soft cloth after wear, then store it individually in a plastic bag, pouch, or case. Please avoid storing pieces in direct sunlight, in extremely dry places, or in hot and humid places.
Regular Care
To enjoy your jewelry for years to come, we recommend cleaning it regularly. Please use a dedicated cleaner for this.
