Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. For international orders, return shipping is at the customer's expense and duties are handled by us. We refund the item price after inspection.

For multiple items, the total refundable amount is up to ¥400,000 (tax incl.)
After inspection at our workshop, a cleaning fee may be deducted from the refund

We repair manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Free once within 1 year of purchase. Some items are not eligible. For international orders, round trip shipping is at the customer's expense.
