A catch made entirely of the same metal as the piece. Depending on stock, shipping may take about one week longer.

Clip-on conversion
We convert the earring posts into clip-on fittings. Even for in-stock pieces, the conversion is made after your order, so shipping takes about two weeks longer.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns apply to purchases made on our online store only.
Items purchased in person at our gallery or at events are not eligible.
Full-order, custom-order and semi-custom pieces are not eligible.
Up to ¥400,000 (tax incl.) per piece, and up to ¥400,000 in total for several pieces.
Engraved pieces may not be eligible.
Depending on condition, a cleaning fee may be deducted.
For returns at the customer's request, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
For international orders, duties are handled by us.
Warranty
For 2 years from purchase, we repair defects free of charge.
This covers loose stones and clasp issues arising from normal wear.
After the warranty period, repairs are available for a fee.
Resizing
One free resizing within 1 year of purchase.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks.
Some designs cannot be resized.
Cleaning
Complimentary for life.
No appointment needed at our Daikanyama gallery.

Our Akoya pearl series comes to life as our designer Mori visits Japan's pearl farms every year, building relationships with the farmers and selecting each pearl one by one. Raised for three to five years, every pearl has its own colour and shape.
Conventional grading can judge these expressions negatively. We choose to celebrate them.
At ANNA DIAMOND Gallery in Daikanyama, you can choose the pearl for your piece yourself. For online orders, our team carefully selects the pearl.
