[Our Philosophy]
The Akoya pearl collection is made possible by our designer Mori, who visits Japanese pearl farming regions each year, building relationships with pearl farmers and selecting each pearl one by one.

Raised like children by skilled farmers over three to five years, the pearls truly differ in color and shape, one by one, just as Misuzu Kaneko wrote in her poem, "everyone is different, and everyone is good." Under conventional, uniform grading standards, these expressions can be judged negatively. In this series, we choose to place them at the center.

For pearls, as for people, we believe fitting a given mold is not everything. This piece is for those who want to set appearances aside and stay true to their own color and shape.
