7-Day Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. For international orders, return shipping is at the customer's expense and duties are handled by us. We refund the item price after inspection.

  • For multiple items, the total refundable amount is up to ¥400,000 (tax incl.)
  • After inspection at our workshop, a cleaning fee may be deducted from the refund

We repair manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Free once within 1 year of purchase. Some items are not eligible. For international orders, round trip shipping is at the customer's expense.
