K18 is 75% pure gold, K10 about 42%. K18 offers a deeper color and greater durability, while K10 comes at a more accessible price.

Every piece comes with a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. Issues arising from normal wear are repaired free of charge.

Returns apply to purchases made on our online store only (items purchased in person at our gallery or at events are not eligible). Returns are accepted within 7 days, counting the delivery date as day 1 (personal orders and bridal jewelry excepted). Refunds are limited to ¥400,000 (tax incl.) per item; engraved items may not be accepted. For international orders, return shipping is at the customer's expense and duties are handled by us. If the size does not fit, we offer one free resizing within 1 year of purchase.
