■Two-Year Warranty

 

Repair Warranty

  • We offer free repairs for any defects (e.g., detached parts, deformations) that occur under normal use within two years of purchase.

To request a repair, please contact us at info@breval.jp with details of the repair needed. After we confirm your request, please send the product and the warranty card provided at purchase to the address we will provide. The shipping cost will be covered by us.

  • Please note:
    • Damage caused by intentional accidents or the loss of major parts of the product is not covered under the two-year warranty.
    • Depending on the condition of the product, some repairs may incur a fee or may not be possible, even within the warranty period.
    • Repair times vary by product. We will inform you of the repair time after assessing the product.

 

Size Adjustment

  • We offer one free size adjustment within one year of purchase, regardless of whether a defect has occurred. Additional size adjustments after the first one will be available for a fee.

To request a size adjustment, please contact us at info@breval.jp with details of the adjustment needed. After we confirm your request, please send the product and the warranty card provided at purchase to the address we will provide. The shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

  • Please note:
    • Products sold in a single size, such as necklaces, are not eligible for size adjustments.
    • If the size adjustment results in a price difference, the difference will be settled accordingly.
    • Adjustment times vary by product. We will inform you of the adjustment time after assessing the product.
    • Size adjustment service is available only for customers in Japan.

Please purchase ANNA DIAMOND products from the official ANNA online shop, temporary direct stores, or partner stores listed on our website. Be cautious of counterfeit products sold on second-hand sites or other unauthorized retailers.
