■Two-year warranty

〇Repair Warranty

Your product will be repaired without charge for two years after purchase in case any malfunctions (missing parts, deformation, etc.) occur during normal use.
If you would like a repair, please contact us by e-mail (info@breval.jp) and let us know the content of the desired repair.
After confirming your request, please send 1. the product and 2. the warranty card that you received at the time of purchase to the address we will provide by cash on delivery (we will bear the shipping fee).

*The 2-year warranty repair does not cover willful damage or loss of a significant part of the product.
*Depending on the product's condition, there will be a charge for repair or repair may not be possible even within the warranty period.
*Repair turnaround time varies depending on the product. We will inform you of the repair time after we confirm the condition of your product.

〇Size change

With or without the occurrence of malfunction, we will accept the size change request up to once free of charge for the first two years after purchase.
After the second size change, size changes can be made for a fee. Please feel free to contact us.
If you wish to have your size changed, please contact us by e-mail (info@breval.jp) with the details of the desired repair.
After confirming your request, please send 1. the product and 2. the warranty card that you received at the time of purchase to the address we will provide for advance payment (at the customer's expense).

*Size change for the products sold in one size, such as necklaces, is not accepted.
*If you wish to change the size of a product that is sold at a different price due to a size difference, the difference will be charged to you.
*The number of days required for size change depends on the product. We will inform you of the time required for the size change after we confirm the condition of your product.
*Size change service is available only for customers in Japan.
